Description:
1. This carbonated bottle filling machine adopts imported key components like OMRON, Mitsubishi, EMERSON to guarantee its durability and stable operation. And it is has rinser, filler and capper in one body to prevent more pollution in the situation of separating them.
2. The machine case and the parts contacting with the drinks are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing. Sealed material is rubber or EPDM material.
3. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the center, and with use of pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level to maintain the balance of filling pressure to ensure the stability of the liquid surface.
4. It uses frequency changer to control the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.
5. The bottle entry section adopts air conveyor system.
6. The bottle exit section adopts belt conveyor system,which can adjust the speed.
