Specification:

1. This machine is suitable for filling juice or tea beverage and other non-gas beverage, widely used at home and abroad.

2. It includes three part in one body: rinser, filler and capper, which prevents second and third pollution from separating them in different machines. And it is made of 304 stainless steel, make it easy to was and nice in look.

3. The key spare parts are imported from OMRON, Mitsubishi, Siemens etc.

4. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle-entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.

4. The bottle entry section adopts air conveyor system, while exit section adopt belt conveyor system, which can adjust the speed.

5. Hot filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately; the beverage feedback system has no contact with beverage to prevent the second pollution and oxidation.
