SPC is a product with the
protein content exceeding 68%, has the function of emulsification and gel and contains 20% dietary fiber, widely used in various kinds of meat industry, maigre food, grain products etc. As a food additive, it not only improve the taste and the structure and increase nourishment of the product , but also reduce cost of the food. Based on the needs of market, we have three types now: RK-701, RK-702, RK-65E.
Quantity appended: it can be adjusted according to recipe and usual is 2~10% .
Packaging:The product is packed by the polyethylene bag inner with poly-coated paper bags outside. 20kg/bag, 25kg/bag .
Transporting and storing:
The product should be kept from water and wetness when transporting and storing, and not be put and stored together with the smell thing. The best storing temperature is under25 , keeping ventilation and drying.
Shelf life: 12 months.
