A. Summary:
Equipment shown here is used for continuously making sandwich panels with the facing layer (s) of color steel or galvanized sheet and the core material of polyurethane. Whole equipment is divided into PU insulation part and Facing sheet profiling part.
This line is easy to operate, high productivity, and reasonable price. Suitable for making roof wall color coated pu insulated sandwich panels and cool room insulated panels.
Whole line adopt PLC program control, with the communication module and inverter synchronization, highly automatically. Main machine adopt touch screen, simple operation. Productin line from uncoiler, roll forming, pu foaming, solidifying, automatically cutting, runout table ( opetional: auto stacker, auto packing ) to realize the auotmatically production process.
Whole line make up of Auto decoilers, roll forming machines, Flat pre-cutting devices, Transporting Conveyors, Steel plate pre-heating, Pressing machine, Tracking cutting, PLC control system, PU foaming machine, Hydraulic system and Pneumatic system etc.
B. Main Technical Specification:

2. The production speed is different according to the panel thickness.
Recommended speed is 6M/min for 50mm thickness, 4M/min for 75mm thickness.
3. Speed of forming machine is 0~12m/min and adjustable. The length and amount of production can be set and count automatically by control panel.
4. Hydraulic material discharge stand can feed steel sheets automatically and keep accuracy during long time operation.
5. Caterpillar conveyor contains upper/lower construction and double-sided block belt. The effective thickness can be up to 150mm so it can provide a large variety of roof and wall products easily by changing the spec of the side blocks.
6. Bend saw cutter : Maximum thickness is 150mm. The suction channel is reserved for additional suction system to prevent the dust pollution.
7. The characteristic of this continuous rubber belt sandwich line is ALL parts including forming machine, lamination, conveyor, cutter and auto stacking equipment are synchronized by a central Ratio Setter control system. The user can easily control the speed through the main speed controller (VR).
