Product Description
1.Seat,back shell: shaped by high grade PP(polypropylene) multi-element composite material in the manner of injection molding in the mould.
2.Handrail cover,handrail lower cover: shaped by high grade PP(polypropylene) multielemet composielement composite material in the manner of cold pressing in the mould,thickness thereof is 14mm.
3.Back inner plate: shaped by high quality hardwood composite board with high density in the manner of cold pressuring in the mold,thickness thereof is 14mm.
4.Handrail frame: shaped by soldiering high quality 80*40*2mm square tube with footing etc. and applied with polishing,rust cleaning,anti-oxidation, electrodusting, high temperature curium mending and others processes.
5.Sponge: seat and back use cold foaming PU shaped sponge with high density.
6.Handrail: the side handrail and the middle handrail are turnable.
7.Return structure: the stationary ladle uses the return (slow return) device of torsional spring plus damper, which can adjust the return speed of the stationary ladle and be noiseless to overturn.
8.Cloth material: using knitted hemp soft close,flannelette and various high grade leathers,
and which can be processed 3M treatment(moistureproof,dustproof and antifouling treatment).according to requirements of customer.
9.Fastening screw: using antirust electrostatic sprayed allen key setscrew which is hard to
rust.
