Completion Tools KW-Y521(RTTS) Packer

Introduction

RTTS packer is a fullopening bore hanging packer, used for formation testing, acid treatment,

cementing operations. In most cases, it is using with RTTS circulating valve. RTTS packer mainly

consist of the Jshaped groove transposition mechanism, mechanical slips, element and hydraulic

anchor institutions. When underground formation pressure is more than the upper packer pressure,

packer hydraulic button slip outstretches claws to stick in the tube wall to prevent packer upward

when the bottom pressure is higher. Secondly, comes with friction plates and automatic J-shaped groove structure. First open the circulating valve to balance the packer pressure before

releasing, then straight-pull-release.

Features/advantages

1. Full-opening bore design can through large discharge pump to deliver fluid, also through other steel wire

tool.

2. Packer-set can be achieved repeatedly.

3. High strength button slip provides greater anchoring force that can anchor any steel grade of casing.

4. Pressure activates the hydraulic anchor institutions through the oil tube.

5. Optional circulation valve can be easily opened by circulating liquid during the squeeze cement or

injection time.
