Completion Tools KW-Y441C Packer
Introduction
Y441C packer is a bislip, recyclable hydraulic packer, which is released by straightly pulling up. The
packer is used for completion, by increasing the pressure in tube to set and pulling up the pipe string
to cut off the shear pin to achieve release. Y441C packer is used in single pipe string completions of
first installed wellhead then sets, which is mainly used for vertical wells, inclined, horizontal wells,
and for where not suitable for mechanical set packer completion operations, to achieve layers
isolation. In the releasing process, only when string tension is stronger than shear pin value, pulling
up the string will make the slip leave the pipe, and the element shrinks under its own elastic rebound.
It is very easy to adjust the release force before going into the well, if it is necessary.
