Product Description
1. General introduction
ZB-400II plunger mud pump is horizontal triplex single acting reciprocating pump, which is designed and manufactured by our company according to the foreign plunger pump's advanced structures. Our pump is consisted of three parts, power end, fluid end, lubrication system, which is mainly used in the circulatory system of well workover, well flushing, well cementation,and well drilling. After our improve the fluid end of the pump, our pump can transport corrosive medium.
The pump unit completes with Volvo TAD1342VE 294kw/1800r.p.m diesel engine, BY620 hydraulic transmissiongear box, SWC225DH2 universal drive shaft, SB5x6J-11 filling pump, diesel tank, control instrument, etc, which are all installed in a large skid-mounted seat greatly reducing the installation work on construction site. The pump has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, and easy hoisting. Therefor the pump unit has steady, safe and flexible operation, convenient maintenance.
