Product Description
1. Design features for Kingwell F-series mud pump:
1). The power end: The frame is welded steel-plate construction. Its stress-relieved after welding. The drive gears are involute type gears whichallow smooth operation,high efficiency and long life. The power end is eithersplash or pressure lubricated.
2). The fluid end: The suction and discharge flanges conform to ANSI and APIspecifications.
3). The piston rod includes an inter-mediate rod, that allows quick assembly&disassembly.
4). The valve seat bores have a bottom shoulders. The pistons and liners arespray lubricated and cooled, which allow an extended service life.
