Application and Features
The production line is developed on the basis of 1990s advanced technology of West Europe. Main extruder is SJSZ51/105 or SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder.It is equipped with double pipe single-control stainless steel spray cooling tank, which avoids wasting when adjusting one pipe and affecting the other. The auto single-control double haul-off and cutter combined with the front double shaping technology making operation more flexible. Pipe diameter is Φ20-Φ63. It can make full use of the extruding ability and reach high output, even when producing small diameter pipe.
