- Designing the kayak mould as customer's requested.
- Making the wooden mould or foam mould.
- Making the kayak model.
- Testing the stability of kayak model on the lake.
- Checking the stability of kayak model and repair it if there is any problems.
- Making the aluminum kayak mould.
- Polishing the mould.
- The kayak tool is finished.
