Product Description
Submerged arc furnace (SAF) is mainly used for the production offerro-alloys. Generally, In submerged arc furnace, carbon is used as reducingagent to reduce ore, producing ferro-alloy, metallic silicon, carbide, corundumphosphor, pig iron and etc. Additionally, the units produce calcium carbide andcalcium silicon for secondary metallurgy in steel production. And finally, thistechnology is ideal for reprocessing / recycling residues from the iron andsteel industry.
According to the different smelting grade, capacity, powersupply mode and automation requirements, there are opening mode, semi-closed,full-closed, the fixed and rotary furnace body or special type as yourrequirement. On the basis of AC submerged arc furnace, we have developed DCsubmerged arc furnace and low frequency submerged arc furnace. We adopt the newtype energy saving short net, international advanced hydraulic system andautomatic regulating system controlled by computer, Incoming line voltage oftransformer divides into 6KV, 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, according to capacity andusers' requirement.
