1.Silent cutter,also be called cut mixer,can install a stirring device in the tray,and install a watertank to cool the material through drawing in the cold water.The electric-controlled system applied interlocking protection measure:only the trimmer can start after manually closing the cover.After the trimmer startup,the rotating pan can start.

2.This machine is made up of the rotating pan system,discharging device,manual open device,bracket and so on.The pan is the supporter for chopped and stirred material in the rotating pan system;the two ends of the cutter arbor have been installed with V-belt pulley and trimmer to delivery the force of electric motor to the rimmer.The discharging device is used to discharge the chopped materials from the pan,the manual open device for opening and closing the pan cover,so easily clean,and the bracket is supported and installed the four above-mentioned parts.

3.Furthermore,the machine is the key equipment in the meat production process,it is not only meat,fat and other main raw materials finely chopped,but the accessories:water,ice,addition and other ingredients together with the meat to be chopped as well.So it is suitable for fish balls,fish dumpling,meatballs,imitation crab sticks,crab claws,surimi products processing.
