Description:
This hose consist of an inner tube of NR&SBR synthetic rubber,
High tensile synthetic yarn braided or spiraled reforcement. NR&SBR, Red or Green covered.
APPLICATIONS: Used for conveying of oxygen and acetylene gases for welding and cutting equipment.
TEMPERATURE: -20C to +60C
Excelent pressure, anti-aging, flexible, light, fire resistant
Twin welding hose / welding hose
We produce welding hoses as per both DIN EN 559 standard and Russia GOST standard.
Length: Up to 100 mtrs
Application: For conveying welding gases
90CØTemperature: -40C~
Branding: As request
WATCHFUL PROCEEDINGS:
1. The working pressure is 60kgf/c below and the temperature is 70° C below.
2. The products should be rolled after being used. The place of safekeeping should be shady.
3. Do not knock the products by hammer when it is connected with hose, avoiding agglutinate disrepair.
Characteristics:
1. Tenacity: The products are made by polymerizing polyester terylene by and intwining terylene in the mesosphere of the hose, the products are produced. So the cracking of products is very high.
2. Burliness: PVC and Terylene are affixed by special engineering technology, avoiding abruption and stratification.
3. Permanence: The stuff is chosen strictly and is processed with precise filter net under consummate quality control system, leading to quality products with long life-span.
4. Pliability: The products are made by polymerizing terylene and mixing PVC at the best proportion, so the products are not only smooth but also flexible.
Application:
Used for conveying of oxygen and acetylene gases for welding and cutting equipment.
