The material of guide and busher are bearing steel with hardness HRC60.The ejector pin material is SKD61 with hardness HRC60.
The mould is working on 200grams(130T) injection and circle time is 30seconds.
The injection gate is tunnel gate and work with automatic.The part drop with free and the injection gate cut with automatic.
The cooling medium is water and cooling nut is Hassco cooling nut.
