The mould is injection mould.
Depend on different mould material the mould life can be 100,000shots to 1,000,000shots.
The mould cavity and core can be hardened from HRC50-HRC60±HRC2.
The injection gate type can be bunnel gate,file gate and hot runner system gate.
The circle time is 60seconds
The mould is build with Hassco standard and all mould fitting like guide bar,busher,ejector pin,data stamp,material stamp,recycle stamp and injection spru are maken as Hassco standard.
The material for guide bar and busher is bearing steel.The material for ejector pin is SKD61.The hardness is HRC60.The material for injection spru is bearing steel and the hardness is HRC60.
The cooling medium is water and with Hassco standard cooling nut.
