Class N STE-16L-E Series E Steam Sterilizer

  Thermal fractionated gravity system: Class N STE-16L-E works with air dilution by using a series of steam pulses, in which the chamber is alternately pressurized and then depressurized to near atmospheric pressure. All these are achieved thanks to a high performance steam generator.

Easy-to-read: bright blue LCD panel highlights pressure, temperature, time, and process alerts, working conditions of other functions, such as if connection status of printer, water level in tanks.

Malfunction detection system: An audible alarm will alert you to any cycle abnormality, and also an error code will be shown on LCD display.

Pressure protection locking device (optional): This is not an standard feature for this promtion model Class N STE-16L-E, but it is optional.

Thermal drying phase: For Class N autoclave, a nearly completely drying can be achieved by thermal outward; a drying phase is preset into all pre-programmed cycles that automatically runs immediately after sterilization phase.

Safety:

-Door protecting locking system prevent the cycle from starting unless the door is properly locked, and also prevents the door from opening if there is pressure in the chamber.

-Pressure safety valves prevent over pressurization in chamber and generator.

-Able to detect and identify the exact cause  of any problem, alert on it and show a specific error code, and also can output the exactly temperature and pressure at the time when error code appears.

-Water level switch in the water tank can control the max water level.

Documentation:

-Have printer port, able to be connected TINGET printer to print the sterilization record for each cycle.

-Optional USB port is easily to save the sterilization records by memory disk.
