This machine is manufactured on the basis of GM210. more efficient thanGM210,GM310 etc It meets the need of good quality, high efficiency and lowconsumes.
The machine removes impurities in the cotton with itsmechanical centrifugal force and loosens cotton meanwhile, then press the cottonto flakes.
This kind of machine is widely used in processing ginnedcotton, old quilt wadding, short floss, broken unginned cotton, waste yarn,waste cloth and flax etc. with the function of dust removing and health keeping.
Main technical parameter:
1. Output: 100-120kgs/h
2. Barbedrollers diameter: 250mm
3. Revolving speed of rollers: 1900r/m for the first, 2000r/m for the second and third
4. Fan: 2800r/m equipped with 1.1kw motor
5. Motor: 7.5kw of Y132M-4 for the first roller, 5.5kw of Y132S-4 for thesecond , third and fourth.
