Gold beneficiation equipment, gold separation machine, gold extractor amalgamer
Gold in the placer is usually gold of elementary substance with its high monomer disintegrate degree. They are generally the shapes of pulley, piece or branch with its granularity of 0.5-2mm. So gravity beneficiation-amalgamator separation can gain excellent beneficiation efficiency. The big waste gangue in the gold ore should be screened before the gravity separation to help prevent the blocking phenomenon of the gravity beneficiation equipments. There are still other kinds of heavy metal in the gold ore apart from gold, and they can be separated out during the process. Gluing mud pies mixed in the ore will be discharged together with the gangues making the gold loss if the mud pies are not crushed. Therefore, drum sieves can be used to crush and screen the ore jointly. As the drum screening equipment, it generally adopts the screen diameter of 10-20mm.
The placer gold ore after screening can be put into the gravity beneficiation equipment. It proves that gravity separation is the most efficient and economic way for the beneficiation of placer gold. This gravity separation uses water as medium without any other reagent addition according to different density of materials without any pollution to the environment but a high recovery rate. The different granularity of the ore decides the treatment size of the gravity equipments. Therefore reasonable beneficiation equipments for placer gold should be the combination process of chute, jigger, and table concentrator by coarse selecting by chute, senvenging by jigger and selecting by the tale concentrator. The whole recovery can reach up to more than 95%. The LTA1010/2 jigger and 2LTC6109/8T jigger is widely used in the placer gold beneficiation gaining high praise from the users.
The heavy placer gold ore from the gravity equipments is rich in much rich in gold, so amalgamator can be adopted to gain a good efficiency of gold extraction. Amalgam treatment is adopted to extract gold on the foundation that gold granularity is easy to attracted by the mercury to form gold amalgamation after the spread of the mercury to the gold. And then the gold can be collected. The amalgamator manufactured in our factory is special for the placer gold beneficiation with its easy operation, low pollution and high recovery of above 98%. Also, the mercury of the amalgamator is inner amalgamation, and the mercury can be recycled.

LTA1010/3 jiggers are the down-moving tri-rooms jigger. It transmits by the pulley of the eccentric shaft driven by the motor.The eccentric shaft bear form decentraction motion after the adjustment of the adjustment device and the connection rod will be driven to do the alternating movement. The other end of the connecting rod is fixed on the moving shaft of the moving frame. There is a supporting point connecting to the rack section in the center of the moving frame, so the moving frame will be driven to do the up-down alternating motion focusing on the supporting point. The down-centrum fixed on the moving frame move up-down alternatively passively to press the water flow in the case to product waves and the waving water flow through the screen will dash the bed medium and the ore to do parabola motion. The ore will be fed at the feeding port, and the ore will drop in different speed to separate naturally. The ore with small density will be discharged out of the machine as a result of the water flow while the ore with big density will go through the bed medium to enter the down-centrum and will be discharged from the concentrate discharging port to finish the jigging beneficiation.
