Product Description
To handle fly ash is an annoying problem for conventional coal-fired power plant. Now fly ash could be used in cement industry and construction industry as raw material after drying process by fly ash dryer.
A. The moisture of wet fly ash which is just discharged from the power plant is usually around 45%. If to dry the fly ash at once, the cost is higher, and it will form bigger burden to fly ash dryer. If workers pile up fly ash at a draughty area for about 15 days, the moisture of fly ash decreases to about 20%. It will be much easier.
B. Because of fine size, light density, negative pressure state after drying, fly ash is easy to be blown away by airflow. Usually, fly ash dryer is equipped with cyclone dust collector to prevent air pollution.
C. Pay attention to the sealing of fly ash dryer.
