Product Description
Foam Glass (Insulation Material)
Foam glass is a new kind of inorganic thermal insulating material with a structure of equally closed cells. It is mainly made of glass powder added with adequate foaming agents after heating and baking in high-temperature tunnel furnace, then annealed. It well reserves the chemical stability of inorganic glass.
As a result, it has the following features:
1. Low density, approximately 150kg/m3;
2. Low thermal conductivity; Under 0.060 W/m. K(38º C), the thermal conductivity is stabilized;
3. Humidity resistance;
4. Low moisture absorption rate, around 0.2%;
5. Inflammable;
6. Mold resistance, corrosion free;
7. High strength, press resistance≥0.7Mpa; Bending resistance ≥0.5Mpa;
8. Acid corrosion resistant (except for hydrogen fluoride);
9. Non-toxic, containing no CFC and HCFC;
10. Stable physical and chemical performance, stable dimension.
