Feature:

1.Supporting chlorine dioxide generator

2.The input temperature probe is PT100, and the measuring range is 0~100 degrees, and the resolution is 0.1 degrees.

3.One channel analog input, receiving 4~20mA or 1~5V signal( connect with chlorine dioxide transducer and residual chlorine transducer 0~2.0mg/l,0~10mg/l, etc. The resolution is 0.01mg/l )

4.Two channels analog signal output in two forms

  1 channel outputs 4~20mA current signal( to control the dosing metering pump or the converter with 4~20mA input interface);

  1 channel outputs 1~225 pulse signals every minute( to control the work frequency of the  dosing pump with pulse interface. The receiving frequency of an ordinary dosing pump is usually 0~120 every minute. According to the following set, alter the pulse duty radio to 50% and the pulse is the digital output NPN normal open)

5. 4 channels contact input (hydrochloric acid, sodium chlorate, heating zone, and pressure gauge). If any contact point is broken, the generator will stop to alarm (turn off the power of the dosing pump and close the master inlet pump) and the controller will display the error number and close the alarm contact point.

6.With 24V auxiliary power port, it can supply drive current 24/100mA, directly supplying to residual chlorine transducer.

7.Manual and automatic operations. In manual mode, every control point can be controlled independently. In automatic mode, the equipment will run according to the set value automatically.

8.Delay cutting off the water after stopping the dosing pump.

9.The hydrochloric acid pump, sodium chlorate pump and auxiliary equipment (stirring motor) are controlled by relay (220V/1A); the electric heating is dry contact and controlled by SSR 220V/6A ( for the work status of frequent on/off heating).

10.Power off storage, store the status before power off and when power on, the equipment will automatically recovery the work status.
