Product Description
2LTC-6109/8Tjigger is also called Trapezoid jigger (side-driving diaphragm jigger). It is a kind of gravity beneficiation plant using water as medium and beneficiate according to different densities of different materials. It has four independently adjustable jigging slots. The beneficiation section looks rectangle and it takes advantages of high recovery and large treatment capacity. It is widely used in the beneficiation of metal and non-metals like hematite, limonite, placer gold, manganese, tungsten, tin, tantalum-niobium, mercury, fluorite, barite and celestite, metal smelt slag, the recoverable alloy and so on.
This rectangle jigger consists of eight jigging chambers to be divided into two rows with each row four chambers. The width becomes larger from the feeding part to the discharging part. It can be used to deal with the fine, medium, and large granularity with its large treatment capacity, strong adaptation. It can recover the ore under the 53µm and in China it is mainly used in the enrichment of iron, manganese and tin ore.
