Brief of the oilfield Pony Rod / Sucker Rod
Pony rods are the short sucker rod with random length, the length is shorter than 25ft. The steel chemical composition & mechanical properties and the rod diameter, dimensions and tolerance & steel grade of the Pony Rods are the same as that of sucker rods. The pony rods Standard lengths: 2ft(0.61m), 4ft(1.22m), 6ft(1.83m), 8ft(2.44m), 10ft(3.05m) and 12ft(3.66m).Other lengths are also available on special order.
