Wellhead Union Adapter Flange
Introduction
The integral high-pressure flange adapter and API wellhead flange complete varieties, including integral flange type
conversion male union (with three claws nuts), integral flange type conversion female union, welding flange, pressure
21MPa ~ 140MPa (3000psi ~ 20000psi).
Wellhead flange adapters are designed to be installed on to API wellheads and provide a transition between the xmas
tree and the well intervention pressure control equipment. It is important to note that, the wellhead flange adapter
should always be compatible with the through bore of the wellhead it is being installed on to.
Integral flange blanks by forging forming high strength alloy steel, and through the whole heat treatment, not only
improves the bearing strength of the product and also extend the service life, and the appearance is concise, end the
union connection, can exchange with international product, convenient field with various fracturing cementing
equipment connection. The materials used and the welding groove design conforms to the API6A specification end
welded joints.
