Introduction of the spacer spool

Spacer spool, in accordance with API 6A, have end connectors of the same size, rated working pressure and design.

 Spacer spool is wellhead sections which have no provision for suspension of tubular members and which may have 

no provision for sealing of tubular members

Characters of wellhead spacer spool

1)Made from high-strengh alloy and processed specially with heating treatment.

2)Designed and manufactured with reference to API 6A technical specifications.

3)Fit for Hydrogen sulfide H2S resistant service, manufactured with reference to NACEMR-0175 technical pecifications.

4)Top & bottom connections and outlets per customer design requirements by either flanged or clamp connections.

5)All stell tanks are welded with staintess stell for long-term anti-corrosion.

6)Used for high-pressure drilling, in conjunction with flat valve for preventing blowout and connecting BOP.
