F2200 HL Mud pump

F serial mud pump is one of the most important equipment in drilling operation which discharges high viscosity, heavy density and low sand contended fluid to well bottom to cool drill bit, flush well, crush the rock and take out the debris.

F 2200 HL mud pump is with a maximum displacement of 77.65L/S (1215GPM), a liner in 230mm (9"). The pump adopt the plunger structure, the maximum working pressure can reach 52 Mpa (7500psi)

Mud pumps are single horizontal triplex piston pumps, in the deep and ultra-deep wells, the drilling process cycle of drilling fluid, cleaning the bottom of the well to carry cuttings, cooling and lubricating bits and reinforced sidewall, used in conjunction with high pressure water jet bit rock crusher help improve drilling speed; Meanwhile, can also provide a mobile drilling mud pit as a driving force.
