DESIGN FEATURES
The Super Safety Valve is controlled by two hydraulic lines and contains a chemical injection port. It is designed to
close by spring force but has a nitrogen charge chamber to quicken the closing time. This feature gives the valve the
ability to cut wireline and coiled tubing without the addition of balance line pressure. The valve is held open by
maintaining hydraulic control pressure on the control line. The nitrogen charge chamber and the balance line
chamber are the same chamber. The nitrogen pressure acts directly on the operating piston and a floating check
valve keeps the nitrogen from escaping from the chamber into the balance line. The check valve floats on the surface
of the water (or hydraulic fluid) as fluid is pumped into the chamber. When the fluid is removed, the floating check valve
sets down on the seat and seals the nitrogen charge in the chamber.

The main function of remote control system is to control the downhole safety valve in case of emergency
situation to shut off the safety valve
The system contains Three loop, one loop(1) connects with control line in safety valve,one loop(2) connects with
balance line, and rest loop(3) connect with a fusible plug
In case of fire, the temperature on site over 210F, the fusible plug melt, control line loop cut off, the pressure in system released, push the ball valve in safety valve closed to prevent well in safety situation.
Or if other unexpected happen need to close the well, just pull off the handle of emergency shut down valve, the hydraulic oil will push safety valve piston forward up, the ball valve will be closed by spring, to prevent the well.
Or when do coiled tubing testing, extra force need to be added to shut down safety valve ball valve, the loop 2 will in
work
