ZQ203-100 drilling tong,
The drill pipe power tong is for drilling operations in the quarry on the dumping of drill pipe, drill collar thread of specialized equipment. It has the following features:
1. Jaw polite child with clutch to shift more stable and reliable.
2. Jaw plates, floating body, clamping teeth, and other high-strength alloy steel forgings, and long service life.
3. Surface of the main components are used nitride technology, wear and corrosion resistance.
4. Selection of quality high-pressure hose, long service life.
5. Selected professional manufacturers cylinders, long service life.
6. Clamp for the opening of the first, free undocked from the drill pipe, mobile.
7. Main dorsal clamp and clamp a combination pliers, without deduction on Maotou, pliers and spin rope hoists, and avoid the high torque drill pipe bending under the possibilities and prevent it from slipping in the slip.
8. Could not stop shifting to regulate high-low; clamp can be the first to have the greatest positive and negative torque and rotational speed.
9. Automatic clamping in the body, can ensure that the old and new cards bear joint reliable.
10. Transferred to the cylinder, without artificial push-pull pair of pliers.

Drill pipe Power tong
The drill pipe power tong is an ideal oil drilling wellhead tools, widely used in marine, land drilling and workover operations on unloading column threaded operations.
