Product Description
Belt conveyor is constitute of driving tighten installation, belt line, electrical controlling installation. Driving tighten installation includes motor, gear reducer, motor chain wheel, driving chain, initiative roller chain wheel, initiative roller, driven roller, transform direction roller, tighten frame, driving box, chain cover. Belt line includes working belt, splint, profile, support, bottom margin, protecting railing (can choose), simple electrical controlling function has start-up, stopping, stop urgently, frequency conversation timing and so on.
Belt conveyor convey steadily, there is no relative movement between material and conveying belt, can avoid the desert to conveying object, the noise is lower compared with other conveyor, suitable for quieter occasion.
Belt conveyor can be made very long, a set of driving installation can be used within 40m conveying distance. Usually the width of belt is between 200mm—1200mm, (the widest conveying object×120%), the height of working face that workers stand is 850mm.
Belt pipelining is the special equipment though processing and fitting of light products such as electrical products, electrics, technics present, metal appliance and so on. Considering it as the working site of assembling workers, tow sides of belt pipelining will install long strip (300mm—400mm width) or separate worktable (800mm600mm),the top is daylight lamp and waving fan, daylight lamp frame install technics hanging plate, tool platform or accessory case. Long the line has electricity and air supply driving piping, workers operation place has installments of electrical outlet, rapidly air tie-in, electric tools foot-thread outlet and so on
