Its lifting capacity is less than or equal to 10t and lifting height is less than or equal to 20m.The working environment temperature is -10°C~60°C and relative humidity is less than 50% under the condition of 40°C temperature. Unique features:
It's an upgraded product of HYJ1 model---of compact structure, motor, fist brake, reducer are integrated into one unit, without coupling and 2nd bearing. Safety brake is installed on the drum, which do not need electricity to control (pure mechanical & automatic control). The safety brake insures the melted metal's safety, due to the following:
(1) It never works when the hoist works normally;
(2) It brakes instantly and automatically when the lifting goods drops suddenly, maybe, because the first brake of hoist is broken, or other spare parts broken (such as the coupling broken, gear box broken, bearing scatters, etc).
(3) Its rope guider is never broken.
