Single girder overhead  travelling crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole,used together with CD1 model,MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set,it is a light duty crane with a capacity of 1ton to 20tons. The span length is 7.5m-28.5m. This product is widely used in plants,warehouse,material stocks to lift goods. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combustible,explosive or corrosice environment.

Componets of single girder overhead travelling crane:

1.Single girder,made by high quality I steel and U-shapped slot into composition,

2.Material Q235B or Q345B,

3.End girder is welded with rectangular tubes or good steel,

4.Electric parts:To keep the crane power-good,brand of electric parts such as:Chint,Siemens,

Schneider,

5.Motors:China top brand,is strictly chosen according to the application and working environment,

6.Brakes:Failsafe magnetic or hydraulic brakes of 150% torque or more are fitted on shaft extensions. For heavy duty cranes a second brake can be mounted to ensure failsafe operation.

7.Wheels:Produces in our special vacuum casting workshop(No sand inclusion technic)Which make our wheels more elastic and outer surface hard-wearing and durable.

8.Hook:Normal hook and swing hook for your various application.

9.Electric hoist:CD or MD model electric hoist to satisfy your different speed requirement. Durable rope guide and limit switch help your lift in good order.

10.Painting:The color as your required,two coats of primer before assembly&two coats of synthetic enamel  after testing.
