Three\ the main structure
The machine is mainly composed of upper roller\lower roller and the horizontal shifter,the support roller,the main transmission, mechanism, left and right side frame, chassis and balancing device etc..
3-1, upper roller
The device is composed of the main fuel tank,the roller bearing block,the upper roller and double row self-aligning bearings and others.
The two main fuel tanks provide the necessary pressure plate rolling required, the main fuel tank's pressure is 19.5 MPa.
Double row self-aligning bearings using low-speed, heavy load of Spherical Roller Bearing. The upper roller is in the shape of a drum. The force deformation deflection of the upper roller
is pre-compensated on the base of uniformly loading by the load factor 0.7 of the upper roller under maximum pressure. The material of the upper roller is 42CrMo.
Quenching and tempering after rough machining done by the upper roller, HB260 ~ 300,,the
surface intermediate frequency hardening after finishing: HRC 40-45.
3-2, the lower roller device
(upper-roller)
It is composed of the lower roller\the bearing block of the lower roller\the input gear of the
lower roller and the sliding bearings of the lower roller and so on.
The sliding bearings of the lower roller is made of SF-1 self-lubricating composite material,
the lower roller material is alloy steel,quenching and tempering treatment after roughing,HB245
~ 250.
The translation slip devices are powered by translation slip electric motor, The asymmetrical plate rolling is done through the horizontal movement of the upper roller driven by worm gear boxes,worm and screw,nut and worm.
The lower rollers are powered by the main transmission through the main transmission output
gear,the lower rollers input gear and the open transmission torque.

3-3, the carrier roller device
The carrier roller device is composed of the carrier roller device,worms,wedges.
The material of the carrier rollers is steel 45#,quenching and tempering treatment, hardness:
HB190 ~ 220,the surface of the carrier rollers is not as hard as that of the lower rollers.
The only group of carrier rollers include four rollers and they work according to the load of the plate by moving up and down.
3-4, the main transmission
The main gear consists of the main motor,triangle belt,cylindrical reduction gear boxes, electro-hydraulic brake putting etc. and the output gear drive the two lower rollers.
Main drive can rotate positively and reverse to provide the torque for the plate rolling.
3-5, tipping device
(the main transmission)
The tipping device consists of the ram, the tipping fuel tank etc. The piston rod of the tipping fuel tank are chromed.
Tipping device is designed for taking the products out along the axial direction of rollers.

3-6, fixed, the side frame of tipping, chassis
Fixed, the side frame of tipping,chassis are welded steel parts,vibratory stress relief after welding to remove the stress.
Fixed, the side frame of tipping are arranging for the two main fuel tanks.
Chassis adopts frame structure, high resisting broken face coefficient, less bolts, installation and debugging are convenience.
Four\ the hydraulic system
4-1, a general introduction
(chassis)
It is composed of gear pumps, manifolds, fluid connectors, hydraulic accessories and so on. System is composed of three kinds of return circuits, over-pressure protection and pressure
regulator return circuits, synchronous return circuits, speed return circuit.
Pressure regulator loop adjusts system working pressure through the main relief.System working pressure is 19.5MPa.
Synchronization loop is roughing triage and synchronization with the upper roller's rising and falling through the shunt throttle, throttle adjusting up and down; rotary encoder is testing.
Speed return circuit controls the tipping and reseting of side frame of the machine,adjusting the speed of return circuit and reduce expenditure through the throttle valve.
4-2, a variety of protection
Throttle valve is doing the protection of the pressure relief about the rising and falling of the upper roller.
Five\ the electrical control system
5-1, a general introduction
Equipment and electronic controlling system is composed of the operation console, hand-held button box.Dynamic power is 380V/50Hz with three-phase four-wire power sisterm.
Control circuit adopts PLC programmable logic controller system, relay less, reliable action,
long life.
Control cabinet fits with all control buttons, indicative light what are finish the rolling process of products,so the working state and operation of the whole rolling machine can be monitorred and controlled.
5-2, a variety of protection
Every motor has corresponding broken circuit what is doing over-current broken circuit protection.
Every motor has corresponding thermal relay what is doing overload protection;
The upper roller's horizontal movement and the support roller's rising and falling are all fitting with corresponding limit switch doing limited protection;
The tipping and reseting of the tipping tank are all fitting with upper and lower limit switch doing limited protection;
The total power broken circuit has release sub-Lai, in the operation console and the side of tipping frame have been engaged with "stop" button to cut off the total power in long-range.
5-3, a variety of interlocking
After reseting full of tipping frame,the upper roller rising and falling,forward and backward moving,the lower roller positive and negative rotating,the support roller rising and falling are allowed to carry out actions (as "tipping frame resets " limit switch for testing);
When the upper roller lies on the epistatic,the horizontal move and falling lonely of the upper roller and the side tipping can not be carried out ( " the upper roller" limit switch is doing testing).
When the the working pressure of the upper roller pressure relay pressure is bigger than 1/3P, the upper roller can not forward and backward move, the support roller can not rise and fall move (the pressure relay is testing).
5-4, fault indication
When the motors of the lower roller ,the horizontal move are overloading, the fault indicator light tips;
When the PLC is failure, fault indicator light prompts.
Six\ The characteristics of Upper roller Universal Machine technical
6-1, the upper roller assumes the bulging form,the support rollers which is under the lower roller coordinating adjustment, high-precision straightness of the products
Using drum-shaped upper roller, the preset volume of the bulging upper roller is generally uniform load of 70% of rollers to preset; smaller diameter of the roller, the lower part of the lower roll has the support roller adjusting up and down to support. According the load of the rolling products, adjusting the support roller under the lower roller, enhancing the liner degree of the products.
6-2, the rear bending roll system, high-precision products roundness
The upper roller universal rolling machine adopts the rear bending (the direction of putting into plate and the roller moving are equally), on the one hand the upper roller is doing pressure, on the other hand, the lower roll is doing rotating, continuous bending, the end pre-bending of the plate is directly enhance pressure and pre-bending, avoiding to happen the front bending and the back horn, and can control the length and shape of the remaining straight edge,.
General non-symmetric three-roll form using the front bending , first,making pre-bending on the two ends of the plate,then making rolling to be shape, it needs skilled employees, the products happen the back horn, and the the shape of remainder straight edge of is difficult to control.
6-3, reducing the wrong amount of the products
The Upper roller Universal Rolling Machine takes the following measures on reducing the wrong amount of the products:
1.the two lower rollers,the dimensional accuracy of the two rollers ' center distance, geometric
tolerance as a key process to control;
2.The synchronization electro-hydraulic combination of the upper roller,adopting the feedback system, automatic leveling.
The fuel tank's trip of the upper roller is doing detection through the rotary encoder,controller comparison,high\ low to the programmable logic controller
to control the roll at both ends of the electromagnetic solenoid valve, relatively continuous to feedback and compare.
