This production line is an upgraded machine type of the decoiling and leveling line for medium-thick plate. This series of products are specially designed and manufactured to meet the demands of decoiling and leveling thicker and wider steel coil produced continuously by the steel manufacturers. The design will be modifed at any time under customer's requirements. The pressing and guiding mechanism employs a 4-column framework structure welded by steel and steel plate and connected to the pinching and coarse leveling machine through the decoiler.It is equipped with strong shovel head, hydraulic mobile straighter, pressing and guiding rubber roll, large-scale leveling and
shearing machine tolevel and slit the thicker metal coiled material. IT canbe also equipped with double head edge cutting machine and edge wire coiler to obtain high quality 4-slitting side plates.
