III. Technical specifications for 500KG/H type
1. Product Features
According to related standard and criterion in the country, make sure the structure, design and manufacturer of the fludized tunnel freezer work safely, have reliable condition and run smoothly. The design meets the standard of HACCP and export certification standard, and make sure the food is produced healthy and safely.
2. Design structure and features
2.1. Conveyor belt
The belt material is made of stainless steel SUS 304/ imported PE belt which is specially used in the food industry.
2.2. Insulation Panels and doors
It is composed by sandwich foamed PU coated by SUS304 stainless steel sheet on both sides. The density will be 42kg/m3, and thickness is 120mm. It is linked by eccentric hooks, and we adopt cold leakage preventing method. We adopt low-voltage(36V) heating device for maintenance door which can prevent the door from being frozen. The wide maintenance path makes cleaning process easy and convenient.
2.3. Inside of tunnel freezer
The frame structure, bracket, brace, rail, machine parts, etc. all adopt the SUS304 stainless steel material (except the motor and reducer).
The contacting and friction parts below the belt and rail adopt UHMW-PE material.
2.4. Drive Devices
The drive device is manufactured by WENZHOU SANLIAN, which have had a good cooperation with us for more than ten years.
2.5. Evaporator and Fan
Both the fins and tubes are made of aluminum-alloy; the shell structure is made of SUS304 stainless steel. Different fin pitches design can prolong the interval of defrosting. Big fins and big turnup can improve heat-exchange efficiency.
Completed with axial fan, the air box is made of stainless steel while the fan blades are made of aluminum-alloy; shell of motor is hot-dip galvanized.
2.6. Electric system
The controlling box is made of stainless steel, the working speed of the belt can be adjusted by converter made by FUJI.
2.7. In/out feed device
The in/out feed device all adopt SUS 304 stainless steel, make sure the food is healthy and safe.
2.8. Does not include refrigerant and refrigeration oil. Dangerous cargo transportation; we advise you to buy them in local market.
