Product Description
Peeling/ Dehiding Process
1. Cattle are transported to the peeling workstation by automatic conveying line after pre-peeling. Operators use peeling chain to fasten their legs to the frame.
2. Using peeling chain to fasten two corners of the cowhide. Then peeling drum rises to the position of back-legs by hydraulic pressure to peel skin from top to bottom. During this procedure, operators stand on pneumatic lifting platform on both two sides to trim skin.
3. After cow skin being peeled, peeling drum begins to reverse and put cowhide to the collecting room by cowhide pneumatic conveying system.
Cattle Peeling machine (also called cattle hydraulic dehider / cattle dehiding machine)
Peeling machine is one of the important equipment in the cattle slaughter production line, which is used for cattle or horse de-skinning. It must be equipped with pneumatic lifting platform, spud pile for the peeling chain and peeling chain washing sterilizer. After being peeled, cattle carcass is conveyed to the next processes for head cutting, chest opening and viscera removing.

Maintenance:
