Product Description:

This device is applied to lead cattle to the pneumatic reverse by fastening its horn or nose, made of stainless steel or hot galvanized structure. It not only reduces labors' working intensity but also decrease cattle's damage.


Waiting pens management

  1. Before unloading, abattoir workers should get the qualification issued by animal epidemic prevention supervision institution.

  2. Count the number of cattle, then pat them to the waiting pen. Labor should clarify cattle according to their health condition. The area of the waiting pen is designed by 3-4 m2 for each cow.

  3. Before slaughtering, cattle should be stopped food supply for 24 hours to eliminate fatigue in transit and recover normal physiological condition. During this time, inspectors should observe regularly. Suspicious cattle should be quarantined in the isolating room; sick cattle should be taken to the emergency slaughtering room; healthy cattle should be stopped water supply before slaughtering.

  4. Cattle should be taken in the shower before slaughtering to clean dirt and microorganisms and the water pressure should be controlled well to avoid causing them hypertension.

  5. Cattle should be weighed before entering the slaughtering room through passageway. The passageway can be designed 900-1000mm.
