Adopting the technique of rotary casting alloy,its compactness and wearing resistance of alloy reaches the complete consistent with single-drill alloyed barrel,thus solving the defect of short service life and low wear-resisting of azotized conical twin barrel,and rewrite the history of only manufacturing single-hole alloyed barrel but no conical twin double-hole barrel in domestic land.
Wc-10 tungsten carbide alloy,with the characteristic of high hardness,high hard-wearing corrosion resistance,and high-temperature resistance,the hardness of alloy layer reaches HRC60-65,thus having the service life of two or three times longer than the azotized barrel.It is suitable for the PVC plus high-calcium powder,as well as the processing of engineering plastics.
