Two Sided Microfiber Bar Towels

Construction: Microfiber Wholesale's Two Sided Microfiber Bar Towels are great for restaurant, bar and kitchen use. These bar towels are unlike any other on the market because on one side they're a ribbed towel, on the other they're terry. This makes them great for scrubbing as well as wiping. They feature overlock stitching on the border to prevent fraying and to make them last hundreds of washings when cared for properly. Like all of our microfiber products, the microfiber is split during manufacturing process. After the splitting process each microfiber in a microfiber towel looks like an asterisk if you’re looking at a cross section of the fiber. This is what makes our microfiber towels so effective, the open spaces in the microfiber created by the splitting process allow the microfiber cleaning cloth to pick up and hold dirt as well as absorbing liquid.

Uses: Our Two Sided Microfiber Bar Towels make a great replacement for cotton bar mops. They’re far more absorbent, they clean so much better and they last exponentially longer. With the price of cotton as high as it is they might even be cheaper, they certainly are in the long run because they last so long. Just make sure you don’t use them around heat. These unique microfiber towels are great for restaurants, you can use them to scrub a table or bar clean with the ribbed side then turn it over and wipe the surface dry and streak free with the terry side. Microfiber is positively charge which makes it attract negatively charges dust particles just like metal adheres to magnet. They’re perfect for removing dirt, grease and other surface contaminants. The edges of the split microfiber act like a squeegee when damp to scrape up the contaminants and the open spaces created by splitting process hold and store the contaminants. All of this can be accomplished without the addition of chemical cleaners! Of course you can use chemicals to clean and disinfect if desired. Microfiber towels can absorb and hold up to seven times their own weight which makes them great for cleaning up spills and for drying.

Method: The 17"x20" bar mops are usually best when folded twice. This will give you eight 8”x10” surfaces to work with so you can refold the towel while cleaning making it possible to keep using a clean surface. If deeper cleaning and scrubbing is needed you can use your microfiber towels damp. If just using warm water, wet the microfiber towel in the sink and wring it out. You don’t want the microfiber towel to be soaking wet as that would take up all the open spaces in the microfiber leaving no room for the towel to absorb contaminants. Using the microfiber towel damp helps emulsify dirt while the microfiber picks up and holds the dirt.
