The NH series electric hoist adopts Demag's advanced electric hoist design.
Electric hoist lifting mechanism uses planetary gear, its structure is compact, lightweight.
The mechanism is installed in the reel, whcih reduces electric hoist dimensions.
Electric hoist designe maximizes the modular design, a high degree of component commonality The shell structure is with a square design, electric hoist up and down around the four directions of the design of the installation location.
It can be used as a ltrolley. The design criterion used by the European FEM standards, easy to maintain.

A complete quality control system has been set up to guar antee that all products of the company comply with national technical standards.
Ⅰ.Sound quality control machanism
Quality management and quality test departments are staffed with engineers,technicians and inspectors,who are responsible for quality management,test and information feedback of products of the company.
A quality control test system has been set up to conduct self test,mutual test and inspector test for each spare part,unit and between producing procedures.Rates of qualified products,waste products needing repair are checked to relate the rates with workers' economic benefits so as to guarantee quality of spare parts and units.
Ⅱ.Reliable guarantee by establishment of physical lab,chemical lab,measuring room,whole-machine test platform.
1.Physical lab
The lab is equipped with metallographic phase analyzer,X-way nondestructive tester,metallographic microscope,hardness tester and professional staff to guarantee effective quality inspection of heat processing,soldering,material and spare part bought from outside.
2.Chemical lab
This lab is equipped with WFJ-P digital spectrophotometer,TG328A electro-optical analysis scale(precision reaching 1/10000 gram),CS-TL4B carbon flow tester and professional staff to conduct effective chemical analysis over raw materials and spare parts from outside.
3.Measuring room
Staffed with professionals,the room has over 300 measuring devices.For important spare parts like gears of decelerator box,there are devices like deflector tester and tooth gauge to guarantee quality of those spare parts.In addition,testers for electric hoist,traveling crane,gantry (bridge)crane are available,such as theodolite,level and portable hardness gauge.
4.Whole-machine tester
The test platform for performance of whole traveling crane and the computer-aided test platform for performance of electric hoist have been set up to provide data critical for the performance of the machines.The following tests can be conducted:①Empty-load test②Still-load test(including 25% overload test)③Dynamic test④Rated load test
