3, should the filling oil bearings on a regular basis, to ensure the lubrication of the bearing.
4, for plastic crusher tool incision sharpness, should be a routine check tool to ensure the sharpness and reduce the unnecessary damage caused by other components due to lack of blade blunt.
5, the plastic crusher before the start of the second, it should be clear scrap remaining in the machine room, to reduce start-up resistance. Should be regularly open the inertial cover and pulley cover, remove the bottom of the flange gray powder discharged due to the crusher room material into the shaft bearing.
Tool change, the gap between the knife and fixed knife: 20HP crusher 0.8mm better, the the 20HP crusher 0.5MM better. Recycled materials thinner, the gap may be appropriate to transfer large.
7, regularly check whether the belt is loose, tighten in a timely manner.
