the system's WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Dewater the solid waste again, transport the dewatered waste to the hydrolyser(steam cooling machine), the hydrolyser make the solid waste to become powder by high temperature and high pressure. The moisture of the waste powder is about 30-35%.
After hydrolyzation, churn and cool the waste powder by another 2 machines. When the powder goes out of the cooling roller, pack them.
The waste treating system is supplied with one fetid gas treating system, this fetid gas treating system will collect and handle the fetid gas that is produced continuously in the process of hydrolyzation and spiral transport. Most of gas will be changed into the dirty water by vacuumed drying and cooling device and the residual gas will go into the shower tower and also be changed into the dirty water. This process is to To achieve zero discharge.
