Product Description
Linyi jiahe superior garlic flakes with cutting roots color is cream or light yellow.
This high grade usually expor to Japan and ther market.
After dehydration,the semi-finished garlic flakes need to be select by the color selector machine.then,the garlic flakes with dark spot will be selected out.the garlic skin will be flow some and the chopped garlic and powder will be sieved.
Then will be selected by workers by hands.
continue to selecte the black garlic flakes,foreign materials and so on.
Below is the bad garlic flakes selected out from by hands.
After workers selection,there are quality control workers to check if the quality is reach the standard or not,if yes,then packing,if not will select again.
The eligible garlic flakes will through the metal detector and then packed in corrugate carton.
Normal packing is 20kg/carton,inner packing is double transparent plastic .
For the bag sealed,we can do heat sealed,or tied with a small white thread,it is easy to open and remove .and also can keep the garlic flakes well from moisture.
The finished garlic flakes will be put in the warehouse on the plastic plates waiting fo the container to loaded.
20ft FCL container can load 10ton.
40ft FCL container can load 20tons.
We also can load mixed contaner for garlic flakes,garlic granule and garlic powder.
