Main raw materials are: PVC (about 50%), calcium carbonate (CACO3), and a variety of plastic additives.
The manufacture process includes: mixed raw materials, extrusion molding, surface printing, packaging and other processes.
PVC PANELS are easy to install: Panels may be sawed to size, stapled to any wall or ceiling with the help of PVC clamps. A fine-toof saw is recommended for cutting panels to size. Stapling is advisable, but flat headed nails or screws may also be used. In wet areas, treated wood and stainless attachments should be used.
