Product Description
Mainly used in the vulcanization of rubber track and rubber belt, Jaw shaped frame type structure
structure, this press mainly composed by three major components:a host machine,hydraulic system,
electrical control system . Good appearance, high stability, convenient operation and so on.
(1)Mainly used in tire industry for tire tread vulcanizing and some other production process which needs the high temperature, high pressure rubber molding.
(2)The machine is equipped with high and low pressure oil pump, driven by driving motor directly.
The motor is runed by the magnetic force starter,built-in thermal relay as an overload protection,when the motor overload or when a failure occurs, that will automatically stop working.
(3)The machine is equipped with slide out and pull in device
(4)This machine has the automatic pressure compensation,automatic exhaust,vulcanization digital
timing,automatic opening and other functions. Can be realized from the" mold into - mold rising - automatic air - curing time - mould opening -products slide out" a work cycle automatically
(5)The machine is provided with a manual control device,when in case of a power failure ,the mold will open and down.
(6)In order to ensure the elevator balance of down hot plate and working table, a group of synchronous gear mechanism is installed beside the host machine.
