Slurry will be concentrated by tossing flocculant, after mixing reaction, slurry will flow to the next step : feeding distribution plate, it will distribute slurry to the slide concentration belt uniformly , under the sludge rake double direction guiding and gravity reaction, slurry will move along the filter belt, get off running water quickly. After gravity dewatering , sludge reverse system will transfer sludge to the gravity stage for further dewatering. After feeding at S shape squeezing stage,sludge will moved and carried between the two layer of filter belt,after several rollers' squeezing, filter cakes will be formed and dewatered further.Discharge filter cakes by a filter cake scraping system, filter cloth filtering ability will regain by automatic filter belt washing system
