Barbed wire have two parts: line wire and barb wire. They are usuallygalvanized coated wire. Hot dipped galvanized wire and electrogalvanized wire are widely used as the oral materials. Thecorrosion feature of gal is less than PVC barbed wire. It has thefeatures of corrosion resistance and bad weather resistance.

The barbed wire consists of barb wire and line wire. The wirediameter of line wire is larger. The line wire can have one wire ortwo wires. The barb wires are braided with a system of constanttorsion around line wire, with barb prongs interlaced in the wires.As a traditional product for protection and privacy, it is widelyused in civil and military life.we can produce as customer's need.Here are thebarbed wire production processing stepsas follows.
One wire coil is as the line wire (big wire diameter), another coilwire is as the barb wire (small wire diameter). With the barbedwire machine, cut the barb wire then combine the line wireaccording to the barb distance. The twist types have single twist,barbed twist and traditional twist. Then machine packs it intocoils. Per coil has the same weight. Different types machines canproduce different wires.
The common barb spacing is 3", 4", 5”, 6”. The wire gauge is BWG12, 13, 14, 15, etc.
The materials have galvanized wire, low carbon steel wire, PVCcoated wire.

Galvanized Barbed Wire are used for industry, agriculture, animalhusbandry, dwelling house and plantation or fencing. And with 2stands, 4 points and distance 3—6 inches (tolerance +-1/2”) arewidely used.
