coal gas), coke furnace gas, water gas, and liquefied gas in the petrochemical industries which are featured with high pressure, flammability, explosivity, and causticity. It can also be used for some process flow which includes gas containing impurity or tar or easy to scale. C\ Type of QBQ341M
A special
slurry valve is used on the pipeline which may have influence on the pipeline flow as the medium may be easy to precipitate, scale, or crystallize and separate out or may contain impurities. It is easy to open and can be closed smoothly after breaking the fouling. It also has a good sealing performance and can be widely used in metallurgy, chemical industries, ash transportation and so on.
D\ Type QBQ341M1
Valve is specially used for coal powder, spraying and alumina powder transportation. It is a perfect equipment to control dusty gas, fluid containing large particle, two-phase fluids and powder solid medium. It is applied to transport powder spraying, milling system and dust precipitation system. This kind of valve has the following features:
a) Straight through. It is made for single direction sealing and an eccentric structure, especially suitable for the two-phase fluid medium in coal powder spraying and alumina conveying system. The valve core deviates from seat when opening, making it impossible for the flow to be jammed by accumulated ash.
b) Easy open and close. There is no contact between the valve core and the valve seat when opening, therefore causing little torque and free turning. While the function of squeezing and cutting between the semi-sphere and seat removes the fouling and adhesives on the sealing surfaces when closing, therefore assuring a tight and reliable sealing.
c) The eccentric structure of the sealing surface enables an automatic repairing of the spherical wearing. This results in a good sealing, long working life, and safety and reliability. No leakage will occur due to wearing even after a long period of service.
d) The
valve is a kind of hard sealing structure. The material of the sealing set is anti-abrasive alloy of Cr-Mo-V. It is made by special treatment. The
valve core apart from direct flushing, therefore lessening abrasive effect and lengthening the service life.
