Product Description
The coater is a component of color coating line, which adds paints or organics protective film on the steel strip's surface with a certain thickness in order to improve the metal's anti-oxidation capacity and at the same time serves as a decoration. Till now Boya Machinery has manufactured more than 50 coater equipment for a number of designing agencies to match with their coating lines, including chemical coating, primer coating, surface coating and many other type coaters.
The roll system consists of gluing roll, metering roll, Backup roll, turning roll and other rolls, among which the backup roll's has the largest size. It serves as the key component of the coater, which greatly influences the controlling of thickness and uniformity of the coating. Coaters produced by our company were assembled with a high precision, the radial beat of backup roll is only 0.01mm.
Rolls of coaters are with the surface roughness at Ra0.2, and parallelism between rolls is 0.025mm.
