Delayed Action:
The integral delayed action feature delays a door closing for a
predetermined time Works with doors open between 70 and 100o
for a maximum of 45 seconds.

Back-Check
The integral mechanical back-check helps to prevents damage to the door
and wall in the event of the door being opened with excessive force.

Hold-Open
With the hold-open feature (optional extra), the door can be held at a
90o angle.

Warnings:
1) To avoid oil leaks, never completely remove the closing and latching
adjustment screw from the body
2) To avoid door slamming, closing speed should be adjusted faster than
the latching speed.
